My name is MiShell and I am the owner of MishCraft. Legally I am the only owner of MishCraft, but when you own a business and are part of a family, it is as if the business becomes like that additional family member. Having a business as a family member can be very stressful. They can be extremely demanding of attention. Even though you planned to have a day to just relax with the other family members, the business demands your attention. Now, there are times when it is so cute and so fun, kinda like how a baby is adorable and smells like cookies. Side note: my husband swears that our kids never smelled like cookies but I disagree. However, there are days when you are pretty sure that your business just filled the last clean diaper with poop before running around the room and messing up every craft supply you have.
Don’t take my statements wrong, I love my business. I LOVE it! I just recognize that it impacts my whole family. My kids, who technically aren’t children anymore both end up helping with events. They inspire and have say on some of the products. My husband helps me choose events and gets dragged to them, usually not screaming. It has become our business even though it is my business. I get excited to show them the new things I have created and have them tell me new ideas on how I could add on to my product line.
We are excited to announce we moved into our current location on the second floor of the Corners shiopping center n Castle Hills in August 2023, and opened our doors on 1 October 2023. We are located inside Ravencraft, and we are one of the two co-founders of this location with a combined 4,000 sq ft of retail space.
We have put so much heart and soul into our brick and mortar storefront. Our location offers about 2,000 sq ft with a dedicated Reading Room for Mish's divination and Reiki specialties, a Metaphysical Studies/Supplies room, an Arcane Knowledge room full of books/tarot/oracle cards for sale, WItch'e Home room for home goods, incense, oils, and other sundries, and a Witch's Wardrobe room full of fun clothing options.
Come and check us out, as our store is always evolving and growing. We'd love to see and talk to you there!

As part of our history, we were excited to announce that in the beginning of November 2022 we moved into our own store at the Victoria’s Black Swan Inn in San Antonio, Texas until May 2022.
While there we were open the first and third weekend of the month. This was in addition to special events at our main location and by appointment during the week.
We greatly enjoyed our time and the people we met at this spooky and mystical hotspot. There were so many sights to see and many fond memories of our time there.
We continued to be seen around San Antonio as well as around Texas. In May 2022 we decided it was time to take the next big step in our growth, and we moved into our current location in North San Antonio near Castle Hills.

MishCraft LLC was founded in San Antonio, Texas in April 2022 as an at home business that went to several Metaphysical, Spooky, and other fun events in San Antonio, and around Texas.
The business quickly flourished due to MiShell's amazing and uncanny reading talent, as well as the businesses fun and unique style. From our first event at the San Antonio weekend Renaissance ,Festival at the Historic Jackson Ranch, to Witch Fest in Austin, TX, to the Paranormal Fest, and the Faire of Champions in Palestine, TX, our customers and friends have shared so many great times and memories together.
We are so exited and happy to see our business continue to grow and where life's adventures take us next!
Life is about phases.
The first thing I loved doing was acting at and making costumes for Renaissance Festivals in Florida. Shortly after my husband joined the military that phase of our life paused. Part of me was heart broken, the other part tried really hard to be a good adult and deal with it. Life moved on and so did we. Like a good military family life was always about the next stop and this allowed us to experience amazing adventures. Without that in my life I would never have worked in a zoo or an art museum.
The second time I worked for myself, I realized that there was a theme building in my life. I was happier when I was able to direct my own path, possibly because the military made so many decisions for us. I was very happy with my crafting business. I sold items online, in stores, and at my own kiosk. It even gave us the opportunity to return to the Renaissance circuit. This focused mostly on sewing though few knew that I had a secondary part to my business that allowed me to make spiritual items that sold in local metaphysical stores. The wheel of life turned again and we were sent overseas where this business would not be able to continue. I would not give up my time in Asia for anything, and the lessons in business management, that I was able to learn have helped me grow as an owner. However, it was hard to walk away again.
Out of experience, MishCraft was born. Upon returning to the U.S. I thought I knew what I was going to do, but returning at the start of Covid-19 forced me into a sabbatical that turned into thought and preparation for my future. I am forever proud of my husband for his service to this country but happy to be untethered by the ticking clock on the dash of the moving truck. MishCraft is a combination of all the things I have done. It is the Renaissance Festivals of my younger years. It is the metaphysical items that brings me peace. There are dice boxes to represent the game nights. So many things that have brough our family joy over the years. So many things we have learned long the way.
