Return Policy:
- Returnable items may only be returned up to 10 days after they have been purchased or 10 days after the tracking shows receipt it was received. This applies to clothing, housewares, books, and all other non-metaphysical items in the shop, that are NOT damaged.
- Because the items are for spiritual use no item of a metaphysical can be returned, as it has a transference of energy and would not be resold. These items include but are not limited to: Incense, oils, prayer beads, deity figures or representations, altar cloths, altar bowls, crystals, ouija, runes, opened tarot or oracle, pendulums, prayer pouches, cloaks, herbs, waters, salts, incense burners, candles, smudge sticks, scry items of any kind, wands, animal skulls, arrow heads, worry dolls, voodoo dolls, pendulum boards, tarot boards, bolsoms, or athame, or any future items we get into the shop or already have in the shop that are used for magickal purposes but not listed here.
- Vendor items are also not returnable, simply because we have no return policy with the vendors who have tables in our shop.
- If you are shipped any item and it is damaged in shipping please email us at Staff@mishcraft.com. Include pictures from at least 2 angles of the broken item and your phone number. Please let us know if you would rather an email, text, or call back and we will respond to you ASAP on how we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. We always attempt pay for you to ship back the broken item while we ship you out a new item, however, some items are one of a kind, in which case we would not be able to replace with an exact replica and would discuss options of simular or refund.
